Dental Crowns

Also known as a “cap,” a dental crown fits over a vulnerable tooth, shielding it from future reinfection and harm. Dental crowns are crafted to mimic the size, color, and shape of natural teeth so that they blend in, especially if they are located toward the front of your smile. Other materials, such as gold and porcelain fused to metal can be used if we believe it’s necessary. The process of placing these crowns can require at least two appointments, and they can last up to 20 years with the right level of care.
Tooth-Colored Fillings

When a cavity occurs, a tooth-colored filling can be used to close the space left by damage or decay, sealing the area from the possibility of reinfection. The malleable composite resin that is used does not require significant structural removal, nor is it likely to cause tooth sensitivity over time. The resin is color-matched to blend in without issue, so it’s unlikely that anyone will notice that you underwent dental work.
